What You'll Do

• 
  
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and review positive pay exceptions
• 
  
• Prepare internal financial statements and journal entries
• 
  
• Record payroll journal entries and reconcile intercompany accounts
• 
  
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• 
  
• Initiate ACH payments and bank transfers
• 
  
• Assist with financial and insurance audits
• 
  
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
• 
  
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• 
  
• Partner cross-functionally with departments across multiple companies
• 
  
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 2–3+ years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and general accounting processes
• 
  
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-company environment
• 
  
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• 
  
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• 
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
