What You'll Be Doing:


As the Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of their financial operations. You'll be responsible for core accounting functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, compliance, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Accountant:



  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Ensure accurate general ledger coding for all transactions

  • Prepare and post journal entries as part of monthly close process

  • Manage month-end close procedures and reporting

  • Export expense data from Concur and import into Sage Intacct

  • Additional accounting duties as assigned by the Controller


Preferred Qualifications of the Accountant:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, bustling construction or industrial environment
