Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable
• 
  
• Provide backup support for accounts payable
• 
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and reporting
• 
  
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• 
  
• Perform light financial analysis as needed
• 
  
• Process and review employee expense reports
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Prior experience in accounts receivable is required
• 
  
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 
  
• Experience with Excel pivot tables is a plus

Salary Range

$55,000–$60,000 annually
