Staff Accountant

MUST:
Experienced Staff Accountant
3 to 5 years of accounting experience
Journal Entries, Accruals, Accounts Payable experience
Payroll processing experience
General Ledger and Account Reconciliation experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
Bachelor's degree preferred

DUTIES:
Process Accounts Payable and Payroll, perform Cost Accounting, maintain the General Ledger, prepare period-end financial reporting, complete account reconciliations, ensure accurate data entry, utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software, collaborate with staff across all levels, maintain confidentiality, and support daily accounting operations.
