About the Role:
Join Mama Rosa's Trattoria/Renzoni Vineyards as an Accountant and play a vital role in managing our financial health. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about numbers and thrives in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Cash Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure optimized cash flow and vendor relationships .
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial discrepancies.
  • File sales & use tax returns, compliance reports, and maintain Out-of-State DTC Permits.
  • Responsible for capturing and calculating the processing cost from harvesting of grapes to finished case goods.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Support the year-end audit process and tax preparation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • CPA certification is a plus but not required.
