A key partner in our organization, the Controller/VP of Finance oversees all aspects of financial management and provides balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational pieces of our business. This position is located at one of our Group Headquarters in Wayne, PA. Our office is located at: 585 E Swedesford Road, Suite 200, Wayne, PA 19087.
The target compensation for this position is $60,000 - $62,000 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $28.00, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 42-hour workweek.

Responsibilities
Starting as an Accountant, you are executing accounting procedures and principles that will lead to financial statement, preparation, and financial analysis.
- Process general ledger entries, journal vouchers and cash receipts
- Prepare and reconcile monthly schedules for balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and identify non-clearing items
- Audit, record and track the depreciation of fixed assets
- Prepare and review accounts receivables
- Serve as a liaison between the Rewards Team and Customer Support to handle refunds
- Process administrative payments, inter-company billings and payables
- Process cash receipts and wire payments for various rental accounts and programs
- Assist with annual expense and income forecasts
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be planning to attain CPA or CMA within 1-2 years.
- Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Must be flexible to relocate outside local area/state within a 1-3 year period to accept potential promotional opportunities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Valid driver''s license required.
- Must be living in Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, or Delaware County within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
