Accounting and Admin ClerkThe Copper Cellar Corporate Office is looking for an Accounting/Admin Clerk. We are looking for a bright and personable individual to join our high-volume accounting department. This position supports the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments. Previous experience in bookkeeping is a must. Office hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am-2:00 pm.Job duties include:· Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy and proper codes· Input and review vendor invoices and statements· Input and review general ledger entries· Manage monthly bank account reconciliations· Basic data entry and data base management· Perform shared office tasks including answering a multi-line phone system, responding to emails, processing mail, A/P filing, etc.· Other projects, as assignedCandidates must possess:· At least 2 years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience· Excellent communication and people skills· Keen attention to detail ensuring accurate completion of given tasks· Ability to work independently and as a team member· Advanced knowledge in Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.· Reliable transportation to and from the officeOffered Benefits to Full-Time employees include:· Health, dental and vision insurance· 401k with employer match· Restaurant meal discounts· Set paid holidaysThe pay rate starts at $16.00 per hour.
