LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a construction company seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support daily business operations across accounting, administrative, and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, coding, and reconciliations
o Assist with close-end activities and maintain accurate financial records
o Track expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments
o Support budgeting processes and reporting as needed
o Provide general administrative support to leadership and office staff
o Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related needs
o Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
o Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
o Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
o Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems
o Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
o Coordinate interviews and assist with recruiting logistics
o Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
