Accounting Admin - Short Term

Manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA is looking for someone to step into their Accounts Payable department for about 2 months while a team member is out

Pay & Schedule

• $20 to $22 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in office
• Temporary, approximately 2 months

What You'll Do

• Data entry in Accounts Payable system
• Match purchase orders to invoices accurately and find discrepencies
• File and organize paid invoices and supporting documentation

What We're Looking For

• Basic accounts payable knowledge
• Comfortable in Excel and MS Office
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Sage 500 experience is a plus
