Accounting Clerk
Location: Irvine | Fully Onsite
Pay: $25 - $28/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client located in Irvine. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a blend of accounting support and office administration. The position will be approximately 40% accounting and 60% administrative support.

This is a temporary opportunity to cover a medical leave with strong potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process AP invoices, assist with invoice tracking, and support approvals
• Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
• Perform basic accounting duties using QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Support daily office operations and administrative needs
• Order office supplies and coordinate office requests
• Assist with special projects and general office support as needed

Qualifications:
• QuickBooks experience required – A Must
• Experience processing AP invoices a plus
• Payroll processing experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Irvine
