Accounting Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator - General Ledger to support our accounting operations with a strong focus on Purchase Card (P-Card) reconciliation, General Ledger support, Accounts Payable processes, and financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform P-Card reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.

• Analyze financial data using Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and filters) to identify and resolve issues.

• Research purchase orders, invoices, suppliers, and payment information within Coupa, P21, and other accounting systems.

• Support General Ledger activities, month-end processes, and communication with field personnel regarding accounting-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, General Ledger support, or financial reconciliations.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and managing large datasets.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with P-Card reconciliations, Coupa, P21, or other ERP/procurement systems preferred.

Location: NW Houston - ONSITE M-F

Salary: $59K - 63K + bonus (target 10%) + full benefits
