Accounting Advisory / Operational Consultant

Our client is seeking an Accounting Advisory / Operational Consultant to partner closely with the Controller to transform close schedules into public company-quality reporting, including standardized templates, scalable accounting processes, and robust documentation within a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Partner with the Controller on close process transformation initiatives
• Build and standardize close schedules, templates, and reporting documentation
• Support development of scalable accounting and operational controllership processes
• Drive process improvement initiatives across accounting operations and reporting workflows
• Support documentation standards, reporting infrastructure, and operational consistency
• Operate within fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring hands-on execution

Requirements

• Strong operational controllership experience
• Experience building and standardizing close processes and reporting infrastructure
• Strong process improvement and documentation background
• Hands-on, execution-oriented consulting approach
• Recent system implementation exposure preferred
• Ability to operate within fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
