Accounting Analyst

Pay: $28.00/hour
Location: Appleton, WI
Schedule: Hybrid schedule, primarily onsite, with one day from home.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process cash applications and support order-to-cash activities.
• 
  
• Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• 
  
• Prepare and process credit memos and credit rebills.
• 
  
• Complete recurring journal entries and assist with month-end accounting activities.
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Review customer activity through portals and EDI systems while maintaining spreadsheets and records.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
•
