Experienced in record-to-report (R2R) processes, variance analysis, and Excel-based financial modeling. Proven track record of improving reporting accuracy and supporting month-end close activities while maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (PH Time)Work Set up: HybridSalary range:Mid-Level Accounting / R2R Analyst (3–5 years) - ₱45,000 – ₱70,000Sr. Level - ₱60,000 – ₱85,000In this role, you will:Manage end-to-end financial data processes across the record-to-report (R2R) cycle using real estate/accounting systems (like Argus Enterprise, MYOB, DealCloud)Prepare and maintain financial reports, including performance tracking and variance analysis versus budget and forecastsPerform account reconciliations and data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial recordsSupport month-end and periodic close activities by delivering timely reports and resolving discrepanciesEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial data governance standardsDocument accounting procedures, workflows, and process improvements for audit readiness and consistencyCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and reporting issuesDevelop and implement automation solutions (Excel, VBA, Power Automate) to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual tasksWe're Looking for Someone Who has:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain process workflows, procedures, and standard operating guides.Technical Skills:Microsoft Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros)VBA / Power Automate (Nice to Have)Accounting/ERP Systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero OR equivalent etc.)Microsoft Office SuiteNon-Negotiables:Strong written and spoken English communication skillsAble to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistentlyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and independentWhy You'll Love Working with Us:Company-provided laptop + second monitorFree HMOMonthly Team Gratitude Celebrations, Year-end Party, & Summer Outing.Welcome gift on Day1Coffee session on Day1 (for hybrid and onsite employees)Company Shuttle ServiceFree Meals and SnacksGenerous vacation days, holidays, and sick leave to help you recharge.DOLE Mandated Leave (Paternity Leave, Maternity Leave, 7 days SOLO Parent Leave, MagnaCarta Leave, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
