The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and general accounting departments through collections, invoice processing, month- end close activities and process improvements. This role helps ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with company policies, and efficient accounting operations.We are requiring someone to work onsite at our plant located in Duluth, GA.ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableProcess vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvalsAssist with weekly payment processing and vendor communicationResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain accurate AP records and supporting documentationAccounts ReceivableMonitor customer accounts and assist with collections activitiesResearch and resolve customer payment discrepanciesMaintain AR aging reports and customer account recordsSupport factoring with weekly customer submissionsMonth-End Close & General AccountingAssist with month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport bank reconciliations and accrual calculationsAssist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reportingSupport audit requests and internal control documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficienciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1–4 years of accounting or financial analysis experience preferredBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)Experience with ERP systems preferred such as Infor M3, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle NetSuiteStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesIrca Group offers career growth opportunities as well as competitive compensation and benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision, 401(k) matching, Paid Vacation, and Holidays, Employee Education Tuition Reimbursement Program#J-18808-Ljbffr
