Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that's looking for an Accounting Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, analytical, and who has strong interpersonal skills. This position is hybrid.The salary for this position is $75K - $95KThe Accounting Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare consolidated internal financial statements by gathering, analyzing, and validating data from consolidation systems.Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance.Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including related footnote disclosures.Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet analyses, providing clear explanations of reconciling items.Prepare equity and stock-based compensation reporting, including detailed rollforward schedules.Analyze financial results and deliver insights and reporting to senior leadership through well-developed, data-driven analyses.Support SOX compliance, audit processes, and FP&A forecasting by preparing financial schedules, variance analyses, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.The Accounting Analyst will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIRED2+ years of related work experience (public accounting experience preferred)Familiarity with GAAP and corporate finance principles and proceduresAbility to read and interpret documents and data.SAP experience preferredStrong communication skills both orally and written Proficiency in MS Excel and WordAbility to maintain confidentiality of non-public information and documentsEqual Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
