The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Accounting Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP.
Responsibilities:
- Validate and prepare financial data for system migration, including vendor records, customer profiles, general ledger accounts, and account balances
- Participate in accounting system testing activities, including data mapping, data review, and validation of converted information
- Perform reconciliations and comparison analysis between legacy system data and converted data
- Support user acceptance testing by executing test scripts, identifying issues, and assisting with resolution
- Provide support to Corporate Accounting team members by conducting accounting-related tasks
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met while FTE staff focus on project responsibilities
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in asset management or financial services industry preferred
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Financial preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
