A well established Utah based insurance company is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to support financial operations at the intersection of accounting, systems, and data. This is a high impact, fully on site role with dual ownership over month-end close and a premium billing system implementation, ideal for someone who brings strong accounting fundamentals and a genuine comfort with systems and data analysis.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems analysisFamiliarity with data tools such as SQL or Power QueryPrior involvement in a system implementation or finance transformation a strong plusProficiency with ERP or billing systemsAdvanced Excel and experience with large datasetsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the accounting team's primary business lead on a premium billing system implementationLead UAT, develop training documentation, and support go-live and post-launch monitoringParticipate in monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries and account reconciliationsAnalyze revenue and receivables trends to support accurate reporting and management insightsBuild dashboards and ad hoc reports for the accounting team and cross-functional stakeholdersSupport forecasting and modeling related to premium revenue and receivablesIdentify and implement process improvements; maintain internal control documentation#J-18808-Ljbffr
