If you answered "YES" then this position is for you!!!QUALIFICATIONSA Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in either Acctg or Finance.Must have good communication skills1-2 years of public accounting desirable but not required.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.SAP experience is desirable.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAccounts receivable – daily invoicing activitiesSupervise the staff who applies daily cash receipts to customer accountsResolve payment amount differences with customersCredit/collections function - contact customers and coordinate receipt of paymentAssess risk for account delinquencyPerform quarterly credit limit reviewsAccounts receivable month-end closing duties, including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsHelp out in various general accounting areas (ie, fixed assets) as requestedWork with other departments as necessary to diagnose and resolve problemsUse experience and knowledge to improve existing Invoice- to-Cash process#J-18808-Ljbffr
