Were seeking an experienced and detail-driven Accounting Analyst. In this role, youll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring back-office processes are seamless and efficient.

What Youll Do:
- Perform daily general ledger balancing and reconciliation.
- Accurately post and reconcile back-office member transactions.
- Manage accounts payable with precision and timeliness.
- Process member wire transfer requests.
- Reconcile bank statements and process stop payments on checks and ACH transactions.
- Balance postings and settlements for ACH, share drafts, ATM transactions, and other member activity.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support a variety of accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivables, billing, and inventory reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding member account information.
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ year of accounting experience in a credit union, financial institution, or similar environment.
- ?Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
