About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Analyze financial results and business performance trends
• 
  
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• 
  
• Assist with consolidations, financial reporting, and account analysis
• 
  
• Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights
• 
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• 
  
• Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions
• 
  
• Work cross-functionally with domestic and international business units
• 
  
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 3-5+ years of accounting, finance, audit, or analytical experience
• 
  
• CPA strongly preferred but not required
• 
  
• Public accounting experience is highly desirable
• 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to learn and tackle challenges
•
