Entry-Level Accounting & Administrative Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in an entry-level accounting and administrative support role. This position will primarily assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), data entry, and general administrative tasks, while also providing support to our Inside and Outside Sales teams during periods of high workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
- Accurately enter, maintain, and update financial and customer information in company systems.
- Process invoices, payments, and other accounting-related documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate records and files.
- Assist with data entry and general administrative duties as needed.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Inside and Outside Sales Representatives when workload demands.
- Assist with quotes, customer information, documentation, and other sales-related tasks.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework or experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with numbers and learning basic accounting processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous accounting, data entry, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
