Join a $40M+ rapidly growing company that’s disrupting the fence industry with simple pricing, fast closing, and a bold vision to scale nationally. With multiple locations and new markets launching, we’re looking for a sharp, business-minded professional to work directly with the owner as his right hand—helping run and grow the business day to day.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants exposure to operations, finance, legal, and growth strategy, all while working side-by-side with an entrepreneurial founder.

About the Role

  • Serve as the owner’s right hand, helping manage day-to-day business operations
  • Manage and prioritize email, communications, and key follow-ups
  • Coordinate calendar, travel, meetings, and scheduling
  • Support financial visibility and assist with accounting-related tasks
  • Work with outside attorneys to coordinate legal matters and provide documentation
  • Help organize and execute growth initiatives including new locations and franchising
  • Assist with business programs and partnerships the owner is involved in
  • Coordinate with banks and lenders on credit lines and financing needs
  • Keep projects moving forward by tracking priorities and ensuring execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or similar
  • 2–5+ years in business operations, executive administration, accounting, or related role
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills with ability to think independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strong judgement and thrives having multi-task responsibilities

Pluses

  • Experience supporting an executive or founder
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, franchising, or scaling businesses
  • Hands-on experience supporting the success of a business directly

Why This Role

  • Work directly with a successful, visionary owner
  • Gain hands-on exposure to running and scaling a $40M+ business
  • Be more than an assistant—act as a true business partner
  • High visibility, high autonomy, and strong growth potential
  • Competitive compensation: $100K–$120K+ (flexible for top talent)

Interviews are being conducted now. Please apply if you want to join something special.
