Location: Burlington, MA 01803
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

CFS is recruiting for an Accounting/Tenant Billing opportunity with a well-established real estate organization located in Burlington, MA.

Accounting/Tenant Billing Responsibilities

Prepare and process tenant billings, rent charges, and related adjustments
Review lease information and ensure billing accuracy
Reconcile tenant accounts and investigate discrepancies
Assist with accounts receivable activities and collections follow-up
Generate reports and support month-end close processes
Maintain accurate records within Yardi
Partner with property management teams on tenant-related accounting matters

Qualifications

Successful Accounting/Tenant Billing candidates will have:

Prior real estate accounting and/or property management accounting experience
Hands-on experience with Yardi
Experience with tenant billing, lease administration, or accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel and general accounting systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
