About the job

You will play a key role in supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills in managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and contributing to critical reporting processes. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and help drive continuous improvement in financial workflows.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $17.12 per hour - $22.16 per hour

  • Support financial audits and ensure supplier compliance through thorough review and documentation.
  • Manage and process Accounts Payable for construction projects, including delegation of approvals and resolving discrepancies.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and investigate any reconciling items or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the financial close process by preparing and submitting journal entries and monitoring accounts payable activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures to internal teams and business operators.
  • Handle various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the accounting department.

Requirements

Education Requirement: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
