In June, you'll switch gears to manage accounts receivable activities, making this a well-rounded role with year-round challenges. 

What You'll Do
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing vendor invoices and verifying billing details to ensure accuracy.
  • Handling payments to vendors and managing collections with clients.
  • Recording journal entries accurately into the accounting system.
  • Reconciling accounts receivable and payable statements regularly.
  • Assisting with month-end and quarter-end closing tasks.
  • Supporting other ad hoc accounting tasks as needed to keep the finance department running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping tasks and basic accounting processes.
