Job description


Responsibilities:

  • Review files, reports, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests
  • Match purchase orders and record information Manage disputes, cancellations, refunds, etc..
  • Find mistakes and correct them promptly
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Data entry
  • Assist in monthly closings
Qualifications:

No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the perfect candidate.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to identify potential issues or errors
  • Attention to detail
Experience:

  • Customer service
  • Data Entry (preferred but not required)
  • QuickBooks: 1 Year (preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
