- Founded over thirty years ago, this company helps with all parts of the commercial real estate business from construction, to property management, to property marketing

- The role has a mix of accounts receivable and accounts payable activities and can expand as this person grows
- Hybrid working environment
Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:
- Process cash applications for assigned properties
- Reconcile payments to tenant portfolios
- Maintain deposit tracking
- Communicate with property accounting team and tenants
- Support accounts payable check runs
- Other ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:
- 3-5 years' experience in accounts receivable cash applications functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
Salary range:
$55,000 - 63,000
