Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Provide administrative support as needed within the finance department.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a significant plus.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
