Responsibilities

  • Providing accounting and clerical support to project teams, project managers, department managers, and branch management.
  • Printing and distributing project billings.
  • Routinely contacting clients for invoice follow-up, with other external contacts as required.
  • Responding to client, vendor, and subcontractor requests for assistance.
  • Supporting the accounts payable process, including vendor maintenance, invoice intake and verification, and general ledger coding.
  • Assisting with account reconciliation.
  • Ensuring all deadlines and quotas are met, both internally and externally.
  • Additional responsibilities for this position include document processing and transmission in a timely manner.
  • Word processing, data entry, registering clients, registering projects and proposals, creating folders, filing, assembling and binding reports, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents, assisting with answering phones and office mail delivery, and providing backup to other administrative personnel during periods of co-worker leave, lunch breaks, training, etc.
  • You may also perform other clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred

  • 1 - 5 years of related experience

The expected pay range for this role and location is $20.50-$23.50/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
