AR Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) - Corona, CA
$26-$30/hr

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Corona, CA. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Manage AR activities including invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
• Post and code invoices accurately; maintain GL entries
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and expense review
• Assist with job cost tracking and collaborate with project & plant teams
• Process customer orders, billing, and sales support tasks
• Help with audits, fixed assets, and CIP tracking

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of AR & collections experience
• Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Strong Excel & ERP skills (Syteline a plus)
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly
