Accounting Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Billing Professional. This position will support our Accounts Payable Manager as well as our Audio Visual Department in Client Billing. We are looking for an extremely task-oriented, accurate, and efficient candidate who can problem solve and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation and month end of the accounts payable department • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices • Reconcile AP Vendor Statements • Scanning of all invoices into Accounts Payable System • Maintain both paper and digital files • Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as assigned

Billing of Audio Visual Invoices to clients using Flex Rental Solutions Create Month-End Revenue Share statements for our contract properties Communication with the AV Sales Team to ensure that all client invoices are processed timely and accurately

Qualifications

A minimum of 2+ years Accounts Payable experience A Minimum of 3+ years Microsoft Excel Experience, including pivot tables Job Costing experience Oracle experience a plus

Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement. High School Diploma or GED required
