Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:

• Digitize and organize accounting files and financial records
  • Research and process returned mail while updating records as needed
  • Assist with accounting and administrative catch-up projects
  • Create and organize 2027 SharePoint file structures and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and support document retention efforts

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:

• Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support experience
  • Experience with document management and digital file organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint or similar systems
