Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:

• Digitize and organize accounting files and records
  • Research and update information related to returned mail items
  • Assist with accounting and administrative catch-up projects
  • Set up and organize 2027 SharePoint file structures and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper file management practices

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:

• Prior administrative, accounting support, or office experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint familiarity
