About the Opportunity – Accounting Assistant
A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership while developing strong foundational accounting skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities – Accounting Assistant

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely

  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections activities

  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation

  • Support month-end close activities and financial reporting

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies


Qualifications – Accounting Assistant

  • 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
