Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a residential real estate company to identify an Accounting Assistant to join their team in Quincy, MA.

About the Company Seeking an Accounting Assistant:


  • Founded over 50 years ago and serving 150+ residential communities across several states on the Eastern Seaboard

  • Large accounting department with room for growth long term

  • Major focus on customer service, internally from the HR team to employees and externally from the staff to their customers

  • This role is an opportunity to move into a great company and be trained; industry and/or accounting experience not required


Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:


  • Receiving mail for the accounts receivable department

  • Checking on missing deposits

  • Helping with Accounts Receivable Manager with AR projects

  • Customer service functions, helping tenants with questions


Background Expected of the Accounting Assistant:


  • 2+ year(s) in an administrative or accounting role

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity


Salary Range:

$50,000-$60,000
