Job Title: Accounting Associate
Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 32 hours per week

As an Accounting Associate, you'll be a key player in managing essential financial processes. You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger, and assist with payroll functions, all while contributing to the company's financial health and efficiency.

What You'll Do
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Coding, inputting, processing, and verifying invoices for payment, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments
• Researching and reconciling invoices
• Reconciling inter-company expenses
• Assisting in payroll time collection, account reconciliation, and analysis
• Performing cash posting and detailed account analysis

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, particularly in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
