Accounting Associate

A top 10 U.S. radiology company based in Houston is growing its corporate accounting team. The Accounting Associate will support the Senior Accountant with month-end close, resolve complex accounting issues, and gain deep exposure to healthcare revenue and AR analysis, all while partnering with a close-knit team through a period of rapid acquisition-driven growth.

This role offers strong long-term growth potential, with the opportunity to build an advanced skill set; including exposure to tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and AI-driven process improvement within a company that's on track to more than double in size through acquisition.

Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience preparing journal entries or account reconciliations preferred.
• ERP or general ledger system experience preferred; Microsoft Business Central experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, Jet Reports, or AI productivity tools is a plus.
