This role sits within BOK Financials Finance organization, where the team is responsible for delivering accurate results, forecasting future outcomes, and helping drive profitability across the bank. As an Accounting Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations-working behind the scenes to ensure payments are processed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and financial activity runs smoothly. Job Description
In this role, you'll focus on accounts payable and invoice processing, supporting the end-to-end flow of invoice intake, review, payment, and follow-up. You'll manage a steady volume of invoices, respond to questions from internal teams and vendors, and research discrepancies to ensure everything is resolved accurately. The work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.
