Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• Two or more years of accounting experience; manufacturing industry background preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general accounting functions
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and solve problems in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Job Duties

• Analyze manufacturing, labor, and overhead costs against standards to identify variances
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations to support month-end closing
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor setup and documentation
• Manage accounts receivable duties, including invoice disputes, past due follow up, and credit checks
• Perform other accounting related duties as assigned
