Accounting Associate - Onsite

A fast-growing industrial/manufacturing organization is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its finance team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an immediate hiring need for a hands-on accounting professional who can contribute from day one across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable while bringing process knowledge and best practices.

Description

• Process Accounts Receivable transactions
• Support invoicing activities and cash application
• Manage Accounts Payable processing and vendor payments
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Enter and maintain financial data within ERP systems
• Assist with month-end accounting tasks
• Identify and recommend accounting process improvements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Support knowledge transfer and implementation of best practices

Profile

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training
• Experience processing invoices, payments, and customer receipts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Ability to quickly learn company processes and contribute immediately

• Oracle NetSuite experience
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments
• Ability to recommend and implement accounting best practices
• Experience supporting a lean accounting team
