Job Summary
Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the daily payables transactions for Service Steel Aerospace Corp.

Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Job Function
Manage approval and payment of general operating expense bills and invoices
Running daily purge reports in accounting system
Keying new vendor information and ACH information into accounting system
Accrue month end invoices
Enter wire transfers into bank
Review and reconcile inbound receiving charge log (IRC)
Required Skills
Must be detail oriented, competent with technology, have strong mathematic and analytical skills.
Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.00/Hr. - USD $29.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
