Accounting Clerk - Alexandria

Vaughn Automotive Group is seeking a Accounting Clerk to work in our Alexandria Corporate office.  We are interested in candidates that are self-motivated, have a positive attitude and attention to detail to join our team.

Job Description

• Bank Reconciliations
• Product cancellations 
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Data entry 
• Process inner company vehicle transfers
• Inventory Control
• other duties may apply

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses)

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2+ years accounting experience required
• Automotive dealership accounting A+
• Dealertrack DMS experience A+
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be abe to multitask between numerous stores.
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to competing tasks
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
