Overview of the Accounting Clerk-AP/AR role:
- Process vendor invoices with a 3-way match
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with payment processing and check runs
- Cash applications, post payments
- Reconciling and balancing accounts
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
- Communicating with vendors in a timely and professional manner regarding inquiries, invoicing, and discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk-AP/AR:
- Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, with emphasis on AP
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Advance Excel-pivot tables/vlookups
- ERP System experience with Dynamics 365 is a PLUS!
Salary: $22-25/hour
