Client Overview:
Our client is a rapidly growing organization in the manufacturing industry that is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk. This company has a great work environment, and they are looking for a candidate with general accounting knowledge and experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$26/hr - $28/hr

Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and Accounting Management. Our client is ideally looking for someone who is well-versed in Accounts Receivable and has a background in general accounting. Experience with A/R and advanced Excel is an absolute must.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities.
  • Preparing and posting entries; assisting with MEC.
  • Assisting with coordination of financial audits.
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
  • Processing invoices.
  • General ledger and reconciliations.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounting Clerk:
  • Experience with ERP systems and applicable Accounting/Financial software.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience.
  • Analytical.
  • Experienced in Excel (pivot tables & V-lookups).
  • General Accounting/ AR/AP is an absolute must.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not a must.
