• Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 DOE
• Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Shift: Monday – Friday

We are Hiring!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk in the Boise area. The right candidate will support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Job Duty:

• Match invoices to packing lists and process for timely payment.
• Identify and properly code invoice discounts.
• Receive and apply check, credit card, and electronic payments to open invoices.
• Manage monthly aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Make collection calls and request payment on past-due accounts.

Requirement:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable making collection and payment-status calls.
• Ability to work in a blue-collar environment.
• Previous accounting, AP, or AR experience preferred.
