We are Hiring!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk in the Boise area. The right candidate will support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Job Duty:
Match invoices to packing lists and process for timely payment.
Identify and properly code invoice discounts.
Receive and apply check, credit card, and electronic payments to open invoices.
Manage monthly aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
Make collection calls and request payment on past-due accounts.

Requirement:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable making collection and payment-status calls.
Ability to work in a blue-collar environment.
Previous accounting, AP, or AR experience preferred.
