    Description

    Accounting Clerk - Job Description

    The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable processing, customer billings, and commission calculations. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely payments, and proper documentation in accordance with company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements
    • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
    • Generate and post customer billings and invoices
    • Calculate, review, and reconcile commission payments
    • Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations
    • Maintain accurate records and support month-end close activities
    • Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • QuickBooks Experience

    Schedule:

    In office 5 days a week

    Mon - Fri - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
