Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Apply Daily receipts in A/R at a higher degree of difficulty.
• Prepare deductions for branch and collector review
• Prepare daily receipts detail from bank website and SharePoint
• Retrieve and process remittance details from customer portals
• Email and mail limited invoices to customers
• Process credit card transactions
•  Process requests sent to Customer.Setup.
•  Assist in the training of fellow employees.
•  Other duties as assigned by management

Must Haves:

• Proficient PC Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School degree required
• Excel
