Position Overview

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for general accounting responsibilities coordinated by the Gulf Management Controller and will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department.  

Essential Job Functions

·        Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

·        Accurately enter data into databases

·        Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

·        Assist with internal/external requests for information

·        Operate in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws

·        Assist with special projects as needed

·        Perform other duties as assigned
 

Education and Experience

·        3-5 years of broad accounting experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·        Strong quantitative and analytical skills

·        Strong computer skills

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
