ACCOUNTING CLERK Fully in the office position M-F. Can start as early as 6:00am. North Dallas office location.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up jobs in Quickbooks desktop
Adding the jobs to the project list (Excel)
Working up the billings (Excel)
Billing the customer
Customer service to assist employees, vendors and customers
Occasionally calling customers regarding invoices
With questions, providing answers and getting a status update
Requirements include:
Exceptional customer services skills (internal and external customers)
1-2+ years experience working in Quickbooks
Strong Word and Excel computer skills
